Embracing Your Natural Curves

It is important to accept and embrace your natural and gifted curves. I know that if you are anything like me, there are reasons why you had or have chosen not to shine a light on your curvaceous curves. However, the days of diminishing yourself and your curves have come to a ceasing halt!!! No longer will we hide our curves from the world and commit a disservice to ourselves. We are here to live out our lives free and abundantly!

So you're all hyped up and thinking... now what? Sounds great but how do I begin the journey of embracing my curves.

First of all, you have to acknowledge that you have been endowed and blessed with curves. Yes no more hiding or diminishing them. No more pretending that you cannot see them. You know how we do. We say things like, "it's not that big"! Let's not be in denial about our beautiful curves. Remember that admitting that there is something there is the first step to our next step, accepting.

Now that you have acknowledged your curvaceous curves, you can rightfully accept them as a part of you to be appreciated. By you accepting and embracing your curves, it rightfully gives others the permission to do the same. It is a relief to let go of the burden. When you have fully accepted your curves, you are respecting the body that was given to you. Your curves were meant for you.  You have to see and embrace the beauty in having been born with natural curves. They are a part of what makes you unique.

You were never meant to be like everyone else. You were made to stand out and be bold. Therefore, you will accentuate proudly the curves that you possess. One of the premier ways to do that is by keeping your curves fit. Yes by continuing on your curvy fitness journey you will do what it takes to have your best curves. Of course other ways to celebrate them is to wear complementary clothing to show your "best parts".

Now that I have discussed some simple ways to love on your curves, I hope you will pledge from this day forth to embrace them fully. Remember that you can never be truly authentic unless you accept all of you.
